dry Dry DRY!

Ah, blocking. Not my favorite part of the knitting process. My almost-dry cache-coeur bergamo is almost dry. I blocked it rather large since when I first tried it on, it was VERY "form-fitting" so out came the pins and stretched the knitting went.

And my cardigan. I am NOT happy the way this knitting looked upon it getting wet. Hopefully it'll dry nicely. And thanks to Penelope for the wonderful bobble idea. I love the way they came out! Next step is tacking a backing to the baby blanket. Fleece maybe? Make it nice and soft.

Just recently cast on are my first Monkey socks in Socks that Rock Monsoon. That's right, I finally am using my Rockin Sock Club yarn. Man, I'm slow. These yummies are for lovely Joey's bday at the end of the month. I'm rather confident they will be done by then.

P.S. Don't tell Joey I'm making these! Surprise her I will!

Excellent work, might I say. Two blocking items--you are knitting apace...
